Science & Space Company`s Mission:

The mission of Science & Space is to attract national and foreign investment in the design and production of launchers that will launch satellites into the Earth's orbit and payloads into space from the ground launchers and the maritime launch platforms.

In the first stage, in order to improve the quality of life on planet Earth, it is necessary to put into orbit useful to mankind satellites at low prices.

In the second stage, it will be appropriate to design and build between the orbits of Earth and Mars artificial space islands of various purposes: tourist, logistic (between Earth and Mars) and productive for the processing of minerals extracted from asteroids and for removal of harmful production from the planet Earth.

Mission Statement:

The only extant human species (Homo sapiens) is a very young creation of nature (God) on planet Earth. According to scientists, Homo sapiens walk the earth slightly less than 200 thousand years – what is a tiny moment for space. Back then, when the first men were looking at the stars, they dreamt of reaching them. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, all those far-fetched dreams were materialized into specific humanistic and technical knowledge. In his writings, the great thinker Konstantin Tsiolkovsky showed the interdependence and indivisibility of man and the cosmos. He emphasized that human being as the most intelligent and creative creature acts in the universe as a force capable of reshaping and modifying nature, thereby affecting the dynamics of cosmic evolution. He rightly argued that the fate of man depends on the fate of the cosmos; the fate of the universe depends on the fate of man. In his opinion, spacewalk meant not only the exploration of outer space for the sake of power and wealth, but most importantly, with a view to achieving immortality and existence for eternity.

After the discovery of the Space Age (October 4, 1957), humankind began its journey into the vacuum of space. To date, we have achieved some positive results in space exploration and exploitation. For example, all information space is provided through telecommunication satellites in Earth orbit.

It should be noted that from the first satellite launch into the Earth's orbit and to this day, all spacewalks were made exclusively by ballistic missiles. Nevertheless, such means of delivering large payload and humans beyond the Earth's atmosphere as space elevator, ion rocket engine, engines that use antimatter or a solar sail remain in the initial stages of development. Today and in the near future, launchers with liquid rocket engines on fuel elements will remain the main means of exploration and use of outer space. In other words, rocket launchers and technologies of their development are a great benefit to mankind. Nowadays, they are the only means of conducting near and deep space cargo and passenger flights. What is more, rocket launchers play an important role in the provision of mankind with a variety of rare materials and the very survival of humanity depends on them. After all, scientists warn that mass species extinctions on the planet Earth occur with a certain periodicity. According to biologists, there have been five mass extinction events. Some of them claim that the sixth mass extinction of biological species has already begun. At the same time, humankind as a biological species is also at risk of being destroyed by various types of natural or man-made disasters.

Due to recent events, we are all concerned with the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), affecting less than one percent of humanity. As we can see, it is not the threat of human extinction. However, due to the actions of terrorists, natural disasters, catastrophes or the fall of a large asteroid on Earth, something irreparable may happen. For that it does not happen, sovereign states should set up colonies on other planets, as well as create large space stations and artificial space islands beyond Earth. Nothing like this can become a reality without "classic" and multiple rocket launchers.

Thus, the probability of increasing the chances of human survival in the context of natural, man-made disasters and acts of terrorism (both from rogue countries and from individual terrorist groups) depends on the development of rocket technology, private investment from foreign individuals and legal entities, mass construction of new launch vehicles and involvement of new states in the following process.

Our conclusion is borne out by reflections of the famous theoretical physicist and cosmologist Stephen William Hawking. In his works, he convincingly argues that if the human race lives on one planet, it will be rather difficult to avoid catastrophes on planet Earth in the next hundred years, not to mention the next thousand or million years. According to his accurate assessment, it is time to explore other solar systems. The expansion of humanity beyond planet Earth may be the only thing that will save us.

So, the proliferation of rocket technology among the private companies of democratic rule-of-law States improves not only the quality of life on Earth, but also increases the likelihood of human survival in the context of global natural and man-made disasters. To this end, it is necessary to unite the efforts of national and foreign investors, transfer the construction of rocket launchers from artificial to conveyor method of production, by learning from the great Henry Ford.
